This has become an ever increasing feature of the business. Especially with recent changes in EU laws and UK legislation.

Many Associates/Locums continue on to establish themselves within the practice that they have been successfully placed. This leads to expense sharing relationships being established to the benefit of all concerned. With Dr. Jennings’ unique experience and knowledge of the Irish Dental scene he has successfully placed nearly 20 dentists over the past eighteen months.

Due to Dr. Jennings wide knowledge of the profession, and having such a wide web of contacts, requests come in frequently from both principles and associate & locums seeking assistance in filling a position.

Often there are specific requirements ranging from part-time work to evenings, cover for maternity leave, and quite often with a view to establishing an expense sharing relationship in the long term. These requirements need balancing between both parties.

Dr. Jennings feels strongly that finding the correct person for a position is of vital importance to all involved, therefore a proper professional relationship based on mutual respect, and the highest ethical code, needs to be in place for a successful placement.

Contracts are drawn up with an input from both sides signed and witnessed. This is critical to legally protect all concerned. In the rare event of any dispute, Dr. Jennings can act as an independent negotiator.
